Gas Mandi Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Gas Mandi platform at gasmandi.pro (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and Gas Mandi.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use following any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. These terms apply to all aspects of the Platform including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, promotions and any other services offered.

2. Eligibility

To register and use Gas Mandi, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local laws.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of any employee of Gas Mandi or its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform.

Gas Mandi does not knowingly allow minors to register or use the Platform. If we discover that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and any winnings will be voided. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on Gas Mandi. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Gas Mandi cannot be held responsible for errors arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your password with anyone or allow others to access your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately. Gas Mandi will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain password security.

• Do not use a password that is easy to guess or that you use on other platforms.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Report any suspicious activity on your account without delay.
• Do not attempt to access another player's account under any circumstances.

4. Deposits and Payments

Gas Mandi accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and compatible mobile wallets. All payments must originate from accounts or methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account level. Gas Mandi does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside our control.

Deposits are credited to your Gas Mandi account promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference. Gas Mandi is not responsible for delays caused by payment processor issues, banking downtimes or network failures on the payment provider's end.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals can be made to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your registered bank account. All withdrawals are issued in PKR.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This includes identity verification and, where applicable, confirmation that any wagering requirements attached to bonus funds have been satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to active wagering requirements will not be permitted until those requirements are met.

Gas Mandi aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification steps required. We are not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banking systems once the withdrawal has been dispatched from our end.

• Withdrawal limits apply and are shown during the withdrawal process.
• Only real-money funds (not bonus funds with incomplete requirements) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Gas Mandi reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals to accounts not registered in your name will not be processed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Gas Mandi offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to individual terms which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. These general terms apply alongside any promotion-specific terms.

Bonuses are credited to your account automatically or upon meeting stated activation criteria such as a minimum deposit amount. Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier, eligible games and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the individual offer terms.

The following bonus abuse behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms.
• Placing bets that do not count towards wagering requirements as if they did.
• Withdrawing deposited funds before completing the required wagering on a deposit bonus.
• Using bonus funds on games or bet types excluded from wagering requirements as stated in the offer terms.

Gas Mandi reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated winnings and suspend an account if bonus abuse is detected. Decisions regarding bonus eligibility and abuse are made at Gas Mandi's sole discretion.

7. Sports Betting Rules

Gas Mandi offers sports betting markets across cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, football, Esports and a range of other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform.

All bets are accepted subject to available funds in your real-money balance at the time of placement. Bets cannot be placed on credit. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted, it is binding and cannot be cancelled except where Gas Mandi exercises discretion in the case of obvious pricing errors or event cancellations.

• Bets on events that are cancelled or abandoned will be voided and the stake returned, unless a specific result had already been determined before the abandonment.
• Gas Mandi reserves the right to suspend markets, void bets or restrict maximum stake amounts at any time without prior notice.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live status of the market at the time of placement. Gas Mandi is not liable for bets placed based on incorrect live scores or delayed data feeds.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will be voided. This applies to pre-match and in-play markets.
• Where an event result is disputed or under official review, Gas Mandi will await the official governing body's ruling before settling affected bets.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These are displayed in the betting section and may be updated from time to time.

Cricket betting on Gas Mandi covers domestic PSL matches, bilateral series, T20 World Cup fixtures and other international cricket events. Market availability for each match is displayed in the Bet section and may differ depending on the event format and broadcast rights.

8. Casino Games

Gas Mandi's casino and game lobby features slots, live dealer tables, crash games, instant win titles and a range of table game variants. All casino games are powered by third-party game providers and are subject to the return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game logic determined by those providers.

Games are offered for entertainment. Results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, by the physical outcome of real dealing and spinning. Gas Mandi does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any game once it has been launched.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault, the round will be resolved based on the game state recorded at the time of disconnection. Gas Mandi is not liable for losses caused by internet disconnections on the player's side.
• Jackpot game outcomes and progressive prize pools are determined solely by the game provider's system.
• Some games may not be available for play using active bonus funds if they are excluded under a specific promotion's terms.

9. Player Conduct

Gas Mandi is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable platform for all players. By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful, honest and in accordance with these terms. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any software that provides an unfair advantage in betting or casino games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting or placing bets based on information that is not publicly available.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack or interfere with any aspect of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Using offensive, abusive or threatening language in any interaction with Gas Mandi staff or other platform users.
• Misrepresenting your identity or providing false documentation during any verification process.
• Attempting to exploit glitches, errors or technical faults in games or the Platform for financial gain.

Gas Mandi monitors accounts for unusual activity and reserves the right to investigate any account at any time. If a breach of conduct is confirmed, Gas Mandi may suspend the account, void bets and bonuses, withhold balances and take further action as appropriate.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

Gas Mandi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against Gas Mandi.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions as described in Section 6.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. If you wish to take a break from gaming, the Responsible Gaming tools on the Platform allow you to set limits or request temporary self-exclusion before pursuing full account closure.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of any void bonuses or forfeited funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to successful verification. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for return.

11. Privacy and Data

Gas Mandi collects and processes personal data in order to operate the Platform, verify player identities, process payments and provide customer support. 12. Limitation of Liability

Gas Mandi provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the Platform is accessible and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Platform will be free from errors, bugs or downtime at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gas Mandi shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Losses arising from technical faults, internet connectivity issues or Platform downtime that are outside our reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Decisions made in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics or game descriptions.
• Losses incurred as a result of betting or playing casino games, which are inherently subject to chance.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
